Refunds

• How much time from purchase does a user have to request a refund? 30 days
• What is the method of refund? We’ll issue your refund in the same payment you used to purchase!
• Must the item be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return? The product must be in a unopened box with all the packaging.
• How can you initiate a return? Go to my account, use the page request a refund.
• Does the customer need to pay return shipping, a restocking fee, or any other charges? The customer has to pay for there return shipping and there is 15% restocking fee for items over $150.00.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item.
