• Where are your products shipped from when I place an order?

  Our products are shipped out of our private warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida!

• Where do you ship to?

  We offer free shipping to street addresses only (no P.O. Boxes) within the 48 Contiguous United States. Shipping costs to street addresses outside of the 48 Contiguous United States are the responsibility of the customer.

• How long does it take for us to ship?

  Our products typically ship out within 24 hours of receiving an order.  Shipping time takes 3-5 days from the date of shipment.

• Do you have any retail locations?

  At this time, we only sell products online.  You can find them on our website (www.otakucollect.com), on Amazon, and eBay.
